Catalog your technical, interpersonal, and domain skills. Rate each as Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert.
Document 3-5 projects using the STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Quantify outcomes where possible.
List certifications, licenses, and credentials relevant to your target roles. Include dates and renewal requirements.
List people who can speak to your capabilities. Include their relationship to you and the context of your work together.
Define your career trajectory and the steps needed to get there. Review and update quarterly.
